New Year's Eve!

Happy New Year's Eve to all! I am currently attempting to clean the house, do laundry and get everything ready for our NYE bash at our house tonight. Also, it's a pretty big day because my son's little brother is staying the night for the first time. Malyk actually has 5 siblings from his dad (aka sperm donor) from other relationships and I would like it if Malyk was able to get to know them while he's still a kid. So...his 5 year old brother Justin Jr. will be staying the night for our NYE bash. It should be good times because my nephew is 4 and they can all play together. He's very excited that he has a brother because he is an only child in our house. Not sure if I will ever have any more kids. I def want to finish college first and be well established and stable financially before even thinking about that. Time will tell I suppose! Adrian would be a great dad though :) So anyways, more later. Gotta get this house in shape! Happy New Year to everyone- be safe!

Snowed In

Snowed in...for 3 days now! Snow, snow, go away!!! My son Malyk and I have cabin fever like never before. We've walked to the grocery store down the road twice just to get out of the house and do something. Thank goodness for Redbox! :)

My birthday was last Monday. Turned the dreadable 30! But it turns out turning 30 isn't so bad after all. It was just another day. I took Malyk to see Avatar in 3D on my birthday it was sooo good! Had a birthday dinner at my folks house with the entire family; which includes 2 sisters, 3 brothers, dad, stepmom, my son and boyfriend, 2 nephews and 1 niece...and some dogs lol Love my family; don't know where I would be without them!

My final grades were posted for the semester. 3 A's and 2 B's. Whoo hoo!!! Of course, I would prefer all A's. My dad was my high school principal and has always been in education which has made education VERY important to me. I like to excel in my studies and getting lower than a A is frustrating. But I have found it is very hard to get an A in French...so I'll settle for a B. One more year left until I graduate; can't wait!
